All sales are with the understanding that the buyer cannot rely on any other representation, warranty or guaranty made by anyone. All buyers are deemed to have relied entirely on their own information, judgments and inspections of the assets in making the decision to purchase the asset. Gold, P.A. in Plantation, FL with buyer to pay actual closing costs directly to title company. In some states/counties in the US, an attorney will be required for settlement and closing. The buyer will need to select an attorney of their choosing within 2 days after the close of auction and will be responsible for any attorney fees incurred. (Please use Ask the Seller a Question) for further questions and requirements on title/attorney closing. Buyer will also be responsible for a buyer's premium of 10% with a $250 minimum. Full Payment is due in 2 business days. Buyer Premium Information This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount.
