Maybe you just need to pickup a bookshelf and desk from from Utah Surplus, a little overkill but it can still do the job. It's got no wiring or tail lights so that will need to be fixed. It does come with a tarp cover all rolled up but no tail gate and being bright orange in color you are not gonna loose it. The bottom rails are 4" wide and the distance between rails is 34" (outside to outside).
