The structure features a shingle roof, decorative spindle railing and frieze detailing, a raised wood deck, and a set of access stairs. The gazebo shows normal weathering and wear consistent with its age and outdoor exposure but remains structurally sound and is well suited to relocation or salvage by a capable buyer. This structure is being sold to be dismantled and removed from the property after sale. The winning bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including proper tools to dismantle, proper vehicles for hauling, and personnel to assist. All removal is performed at the buyer's own expense and risk. The seller will not assist with or be responsible for dismantling, loading, or hauling.
