Description: Aluminum Shed # 1-517 You are bidding on an aluminum shed constructed in 1967. All measurements are approximates. Shed is approximately 18’ wide by 32’ long. This is a taller shed . At its peak, the shed is approximately 11’ tall. It is approximately 6.0’ tall at the sides. Shed may be missing nails, screens, and doors. Shed may have bent, dented, missing or punctured siding. The wood frame may have cracks or damage to the wood. There is no floor. You will have 4 weeks to remove this shed. Overall shed condition is Poor. Loading or tear down and removal will be done by winning bidder. If you opt to tear down the shed, you must remove all pieces. We have no assets available to assist. See attached General Insurance Requirements to work on State property. Special Terms: This lot is being sold on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs. Recommend prospective buyer view item before bidding. Buyer is responsible for pick-up and loading if necessary, at Camp Ripley. You will need a valid driver’s license or Military ID to get on post.
