1971 Triumph TR6 Convertible. 2.5 L INLINE 6 CYLINDER, DUAL CARB ENGINE RUNS ( VIDEO ATTACHED). GAS TANK WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED TO DRIVE. 4 speed manual transmission was functional when the car was put into climate controlled storage in 2016. Odometer shows 76,634 miles (. Belived to be correct but not guaranteed) Michelin tires have approximately 90% tread remaining. Convertible top is in fair condition, it opens and closes without issue. Paint color is Code 54, Saffron yellow (repainted by a Higgins custom Automotive restorations in the late 90s) Interior appears to be original, code 33, New Tan. The car was purchased new in Birmingham, Alabama and sold to its 2nd owner in 1974. The 2nd owner ( now deceased), was a prominent local doctor, entrepreneur and Mayor with a collection of vintage convertibles. This vehicle was part of his estate . Throughout ownership, this vehicle has received excellent maintenance and care. We highly recommend inspection so that you will appreciate the condition of the vehicle.
