Description
1979 500C Galion Road Grader. Wayne Township purchased this unit from ODOT. This unit starts easily and operates as it should. We have used it primarily to wedge asphalt on our roadways. It has a strong 471 Detroit engine. It is very economical on fuel and does not use or leak oil. Tires are in good condition. All hydraulic functions operate as they should, with several cylinders being rebuilt. It has a scarifier; however, there are no knives. It is "rigged" for a snow "V" plow to be attached to the front end. The cab heater does work. It has flashing yellow LED lights.
