Cessna 172RG Airframe: 1981 Cessna 172RG Serial Number 172RG0810 Total time, airframe: 7699.0 Engine: Lycoming O-360-F1A6 Total time, engine: 1339.6 Time since overhaul: 1339.6 Installed on aircraft: 11/10/2011 Propeller: McCauley B3D36C429 Serial number (hub): 982638 Total time, propeller: 3331.0 Time since overhaul: 90.8 Installed on aircraft: 06/28/1999 Last annual inspection: 05/17/2022 Then aircraft has been stored outside following a gear up landing mishap in December 2022. The aircraft has the following known discrepancies: 1. Engine requires tear down for sudden stoppage inspection. 2. Aircraft will require a new propeller. 3. All radios and avionics require replacement. 4. Wing tips and rudder cap require replacement. 5. New battery is required. 6. Aircraft is missing elevators. 7. Navigation lights need to be replaced. 8. All tires will need to be replaced due to age and weather deterioration. 9. Sheet metal damage to belly skin, firewall and bulkheads from gear up landing. 10. Door post airworthiness directive should be re-accomplished due to possible damage from landing. 11. All time change items will be overdue: elevator trim actuator, all hoses, engine mounts, etc. 12. Front seat inertia reel seat belts missing.
