PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1984 Case 580 Super E Loader Backhoe. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this vehicle will need new batteries. We were able to jump this vehicle no problem with a 24v Jump. We noticed that there is an oil leaking coming from the backhoe boom. Please be aware that this may leak onto your trailer at the time of pickup. This loader comes in very used condition with signs heavy use, such as rusting, denting, scratching, and paint damage. Vehicle is equipped with a mechanical 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) front axle, a factory Enclosed Cab, and Case's Extendahoe telescoping dipper section. Both front bucket and backhoe bucket were tested and operate as intended. Outriggers work and are easily engaged. The enclosed cab shows more wear and tear with rusting and scratching. Dimensions are approx: 24ft Long, 88" wide, and 136" tall. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
