The engine is a Cummings diesel model and is in operatable condition. The apparatus has been maintained annually. The automatic transmission is an Allison and is in operable condition. The interior color is black vinyl seats. The exterior is yellow with a Spartan chassis. No cracked windows, minor dents, scratches, and dings. The decals have been partially removed with impressions remaining. All emergency equipment has been removed. The tires are in good condition. The pump has no certification since August 2017.
