1987 Ford F800 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 7.8L L6 TURBO DIESEL. BRAKES ARE INOP. NO BRAKES AT ALL! TRUCK HAS HOME MADE TANKER ON THE BACK USED TO SPRAY DIRT ROADS. WATER TANK LAST REPORTED AS LEAKING EXCESSIVELY ENGINE STARTS AND RUNS WITH A BOOST MANUAL TRANSMISSION WITH I BELIEVE A 2 SPEED REAR END CLUTCH ENGAGES BUT MAY BE PUSHING THROUGH WITH PEDAL PRESSED COMPLETELY BATTERIES ARE DEAD/NO GOOD TIRES IN VERY POOR CONDITION WITH DRY ROT AND CRACKING TRUCK CAB/ROOF HAS RUST HOLES AND IS DENTED BADLY THE HOOD WILL NOT OPEN TO CHECK FLUIDS DECALS WILL BE PAINTED OVER
