This vehicle was started with a combination of a jump pack & starter fluid then was driven briefly during processing. Once vehicle was running it was able to drive okay and stay idle. Owning agency mentions that the mileage is unknown, the odometer says 2969 with what looks like a roll over of 1 or possibly 2. The exterior has signs of wear and tear like rusting, scratching, paint damage, denting, and scuffing. The interior has worn seats/fabric, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. The generator looks to be a Allis-Chalmers Industrial Diesel Generator Set. The set is physically tagged out of service, exhibits visible damage to electrical housings, and features cut/exposed wiring. Operational status of the engine and alternator unit is unknown.
