OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "RUNS & MOVES OK" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1989 John Deere 544E LL Log Loader. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. This loader features a high-capacity, flat-bottom roll-out bucket, an optimized front lift boom configuration, articulated steering tracking, tread heavy-equipment tires tread heavy-equipment tires, and a fully enclosed operator cabin. Overall condition of the loader is used with scratching, surface rust, and paint damage. Inside the cab shows worn seat, scratching, debris, surface rust, and dirt/dust build up. Boom was tested and is able to fully raise and lower, the bucket is able to tilt and dump, and both seem fully operational. Tires seem to be in decent condition. Estimated Operating Weight is Approx. 25,000 to 28,000 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
