This is a 1990 Chevrolet Silverado K1500, powered by the classic 5.7L V8, automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The odometer is showing 91,808 miles. The truck also still has its original Chevrolet literature/manuals with it, as shown in the photographs. Condition / Known Issues We recently drove the truck and were pleasantly surprised with it. It starts, runs and drives well. The transmission shifts properly, and the truck was road tested at our facility up to approximately 50 MPH. During that drive, the engine, transmission, braking and general operation appeared normal. We did not perform an extended highway road test, as our neighbors in the industrial park can't wait to call the people on us. One issue noted during the drive: the steering wheel/steering column has noticeable play and can move up and down. We have not diagnosed the cause and are making no representation as to what repair may be required. This is a 1990 pickup .... not a restored show truck. The exterior has age-related paint wear, scratches, chips, fading and other cosmetic imperfections. There is visible rust/corrosion in areas of the body, lower panels. The frame and undercarriage appear to be in good shape. As always, we encourage all bidders and prospective buyers to review all photographs carefully. The interior is largely complete and presents like an honest older truck. The cloth seat, carpet, door panels, dash and trim all show normal age and use. The bed is used but remains presentable for a truck of this age. Underhood photographs are included as well.
