OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Operator ran engine out of oil, now has a rod knock" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1993 Ford E-350 Club Wagon RWD Passenger Van. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Check engine light and battery amp light is on. Owning agency mentions that the previous operator ran the engine out of oil and now has a rod knock. For that reason we did not start the vehicle for risk of further issues. Bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via tow or flatbed. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, damage to the tail lights, denting, scuffing, and paint damage. The interior has rodent droppings, no rearview mirror, worn seats/fabric, tearing, scratching, rust, litter, debris, and heavy dirt/dust build up. Passenger area comes with 3 rows of seating, being able to seat up to 9-10 passengers. Both the left doors on the rear and side double doors were unable to be opened during processing. The undercarriage look to have undercoating mixed with dirt/dust with possible rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
