All items sold on auction are untested and sold as is. Appointments/Pick-ups are Mon-Fri 7:00am to 2:00pm. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item (s) from the warehouse and must take all items at time of pickup. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction. ***Abandonment of Item*** Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned.
