Power Windows/Locks: NO Vehicle Description - INSIDE: Floor liner is ripped. Dash is faded, dirty, cracked and missing pieces. Interior is dirty and has stains. Seat is ripped and missing foam. Floor is rusty. OUTSIDE: Dents and paint chips throughout outside of vehicle. Vehicle has been sitting. Lugger body has rust, dents and holes throughout. Frame is starting to separate.
