1996 Stewart Stevenson Military truck converted to a brush unit. Truck has been a reliable apparatus for the fire district. Truck runs and drives well, has a Caterpillar diesel motor with a 7-speed automatic Allison transmission. Truck will come as a fully operational brush truck equipped with the following. 500 gal tank w/baffle balls in tank, operational Honda motor w/ pump, 2 operational hose reels with hose and nozzles, one jump line with nozzle in bed of truck directly behind headache rack, Emergency lighting, Siren, Operational front bumper sprayers, 1 2 1/2x50 fill hose, Kenwood VHF radio, Sigtronics headsets (one wired one Bluetooth) Truck only has 37,188 miles on unit (may go up) Truck has air brakes, Led head lights. All Turn signals, brake lights and running lights are operational. Blower motor for HVAC works and so does heat (No Ac from factory). Windshield wipers are operational. Has like new tires on all wheels but one, Other tire is half tread. All gauges in cab are functional besides battery voltage. Decals will be removed before sale. Unit was just taken out of service. Truck does have normal wear and tear for age, has been a frontline brush truck so has some dents, scratches and scuffs. Truck does have an oil leak and a small hydraulic leak.
