1998 Bandit 90 XP Chipper Trailer DON'T RUN - MISSING ENGINE ASSY - RUST/ROT - NEED PINTLE HOOK TO MOVE All items sold as is. All items must be towed from the auction lot. Under no circumstances may a successful bidder use, operate, transfer, sell, or covey titled equipment until the title is transferred from the City to the successful bidder and the bidder obtains a title in its own name. Pickups for this auction purchased items will occur at 3150 Lewis St Phila Pa between the hours of 8am and 2pm on the following days: 1. Wednesday September 23rd 2. Thursday September 24th 3. Friday September 25th 4. Saturday September 26th Please Note: Arrive with plenty of time to load as auction lot personnel can refuse pickup if the removal time will end up being past 2pm. Any item that is designated as Does not run” is not guaranteed to come with a key. Titles are processed and notarized and sent via UPS only after the equipment has been removed from the auction lot. If you have a current “Dealer License and or Salvor License” previously submitted and Approved, you do not need to submit your license again to bid on restricted items. ***Dealer or Salvage License is required to place bids on this asset*** To get approved for tier (in order to place bids):
