1998 Ford Club Wagon BUS, 5.4L V8 SOHC 16V. 2WD. This unit sat for many years exposed to weather. Has manual windows and locks. This van is very clean as far as engine and transmission as well as rear axle/differential, no visible leaks although engine rattles when started cold then goes away. Interior has normal wear and tear, please see attached pictures. Both front seats have small tears as well as the most rear bench seat. The vinyl flooring is beginning to lift and curl on the seams and headliner beginning to hang. Runs and drives, tires have great tread left although date codes on tires are from 2009. Does have outline where decals were removed, and paint on roof is the most affected, beginning to fade, oxidize and peel. Side window seals beginning to let water in, will need replacement. May have other unknown issues we do not know about since it has not been used for many years.
