1998 Freightliner FL70 Fire Truck CONVENTIONAL CAB, 8.3L L6 DIESEL. As with all items the City sells, the City of Dubuque makes no guarantees regarding roadworthiness, operational readiness, pump performance, hydraulic system condition, or compliance with fire service standards. The buyer is responsible for all diagnostics, inspections, repairs, certifications, testing, transportation, loading, removal, title transfer, and any costs associated with placing the apparatus back into service or transporting it from its current location. This unit was in reserve, and now is being retired. The only known issue is a bad or failing pump for fire apparatus. Inspections are welcome. GVWR: 33,000 Tank: 500 Gallon holding capacity *Side ladders are not included. Decals will be removed prior to pickup. *Pick up is by appointment only. All items are sold as is, where is. UPON WINNING THE AUCTION: APPOINTMENT FOR REMOVAL IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO PICKUP THE ASSET UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED A DATE AND TIME WITH A CITY OF DUBUQUE EMPLOYEE.
