Item Code: 54061A Condition: FAIR Item Code: 54061A Year:1998 Make: Gradall Model: XL4100 Mileage: 22249 Hours: 4350 VIN:0414284 Running Condition: Engine runs Engine: 5.9 Cummins A/B unit Transmission: Fuller 10 Speed - Manual Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION SEE ATTACHMENTS. This Gradall 4100 Wheel Excavator is equipped with twin Cummins diesel engines. The unit is being retired from the fleet due to its age and limited utilization. The machine was operational and capable of driving when it was last placed into storage; however, it has been sitting unused for several years and will require further inspection and servicing before being returned to service. The chassis engine was recently started, but the fuel solenoid had to be bypassed to keep the engine running. The batteries in both the chassis and bucket systems are in poor condition due to extended storage and will require replacement. When unit was last moved, it was observed that the steering was unusually stiff. Given the extended period of storage, it is possible that the king pins or other steering components have become tight, contributing to the hard steering condition. As previously noted, the unit was able to be driven onto the trailer for transport to the new owner's facility, where a more thorough inspection and evaluation can be completed prior to determining roadworthiness. Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. The unit is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. See attached repair history for complete repair and maintenance history. We have original Clean/Clear title - see attached. Inspections available by appointment only. Sold as is where is. The buyer should anticipate additional repair work may be required to temporarily restore functionality for loading and transport. The seller will not provide assistance with repairs, loading preparation, or transportation arrangements. This is a HEAVY vehicle and buyers must plan accordingly for transport. Unit is approximately 28ft long, 9ft wide and 13ft high. Approximate weight is 45,000lbs. **Note - Breakers (qty2) and Bucket (qty1) as pictured will be included in the sale of the unit.**
