1998 Pierce Tilt Cab FIRE TRUCK, 8.7L L6 DIESEL. 1998 Pierce top mount rescue pumper, recently taken out of service in early 2026 after serving as a reserve apparatus. This truck has been well maintained and is ready for its next department, organization, or private use. The interior is in good condition, and the truck starts without the need for a boost. It drives as it should, making it move-ready for its next owner. All major firefighting components are operational, including the pump, plumbing, and water tank. The Hale 1500 GPM pump and 750-gallon water tank are both in working order. The only known issue is minor pump packing leakage, which will require adjustment or replacement. This unit is equipped with a gas-powered generator that is fully functional, wired into the truck’s panel, and can be started directly from the pump panel. The truck also includes a 3-cylinder (4500 PSI) cascade system with a fill station, which is fully operational. Tires are in good condition with solid tread remaining.
