This auction is for all 3 things listed below as a complete package. 1999, D&C Marine, 23’ Ocean Scout, VIN Number: DCM23D17I999, no odometer 2022 Mercury 150 hp 4-stroke outboard engine., Model # 1150F23ED, Serial number: 3B226315. 1996 Long Manufacturing boat trailer, VIN number: 1LGE1KW21T1005121 OWR-Shellfish: Surplus 23’ Ocean Scout, 150 hp Mercury outboard and trailer. Hull, Year/Make/Model: 1999, D&C Marine, 23’ Ocean Scout, VIN Number: DCM23D17I999. AND Outboard Engine, Year/Make/Model: 2022 Mercury 150 hp 4-stroke outboard engine., Model # 1150F23ED, Serial number: 3B226315. AND Trailer, Year/Make/Model: 1996 Long Manufacturing boat trailer, VIN number: 1LGE1KW21T1005121. Description: Boat, motor, trailer sold as one unit. 1999 D&C Marine 23-foot Ocean Scout, 2022 Mercury 150 hp 4-stroke outboard engine and, 1996 Long Manufacturing boat trailer. This equipment was last used in December 2025.The boat was pulled and has been stored outdoors since then. Condition: Hull: 1999 D&C Marine ‘Ocean Scout’. 23-foot model with doghouse style cabin. Hull is sound but showing its age. Some soft spots on deck and cracks forming on transom. Stringers and deck were redone in the early 2000s. Chips and minor dings in the hull, rub rail is torn and missing in some places, but this boat was stored in the water and in use during December 2025. Hydraulic steering, dual batteries, approximately 100-gallon fuel tank. New engine control cables, binnacle, engine wiring in spring of 2022. Engine: 2022 Mercury 150 hp 4-stroke engine with approximately 650 hours. Engine runs well and had annual maintenance and 500-hour service during February 2025. Lower unit was replaced under warranty in May of 2023. Trailer: 1996 Long Manufacturing dual axle trailer in poor condition. The trailer has a galvanized frame that is in good shape, but rollers and winch need to be repaired or replaced. Trailer electrical wiring needs to be repaired/replaced. No brakes on trailer. Tires are about 5 years old, hold air and are in usable condition. Paperwork: Hull: have title issued 1/22/2019. Have last registration (valid through February 2026).
