OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Complete cart does not run" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1999 EZ-GO TXTPD-36V Golf Cart. This vehicle was not started or driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that this cart does not run. We can confirm this as turning the key did not start the cart and was unable to move. Cart can be forklifted at pick up, and bidders will need to be prepared to safely remove this vehicle via flatbed. The exterior of the cart shows signs of wear and tear like scratching, tearing, surface rust, minor dents, and paint damage. The interior has worn fabric, tearing, stains, debris, and dirt/dust build up. Rear seating is able to fold out for extra space. Batteries under the seat are missing. No charging cable is included. Tire pressure is low and has one flat tire. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
