The form will be emailed directly to the customer after the successful auction occurs. The item will not be released to the customer without the appropriate PS4595 form being correctly filled out and returned to GovPlanet. Additionally, these vehicles/trailers will only come with the Standard Form 97 (SF97), for titling purposes**
