The unit has been removed from service and is being sold as-is. Its overall operational condition is not guaranteed. Normal wear, rust, scratches, and cosmetic damage are present from age and municipal use. Inspection is strongly recommended before bidding. 1999 Ford Econoline Wagon E-350 XL Super Duty 27,324 miles Title Status: Clear Mechanical Condition: The vehicle starts and runs; however, the engine runs rough and has a noticeable miss at idle and while driving. There are currently no warning lights illuminated on the dashboard. The transmission does not properly engage in Park. The emergency parking brake must be applied to prevent the vehicle from moving while parked. The front and rear air-conditioning systems can be heard running; however, little to no air comes through the vents. The climate controls and vents need repair (see pictures). All known factory recalls have been completed as of the time of this listing. The vehicle was maintained according to factory standards; however, maintenance records are not available. Exterior Condition: The body is in generally good condition for its age. The paint is failing in several areas. There are minor scuffs and scratches throughout the exterior. There is surface rust in the roof gutters; however, no sheet-metal perforation was found. The grille has sun fading. The parking-light assemblies are beginning to show sun-related crazing. Both bumpers need paint. The rear bumper is dented (see pictures). The driver’s door is damaged and does not open fully. Interior Condition: The interior is in fair condition. The headliner is beginning to sag above the seats. The passenger-side sliding door is stuck and does not open. The driver’s door is damaged and does not open fully. The interior needs a thorough cleaning and detailing (see pictures). Reason for Surplus: Age and underutilization. The vehicle is being sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle before placing a bid.
