OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "No Known Issues" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1999 Freightliner FL70 Fluid Service & Oil Evacuation Truck. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. The exterior of the vehicle shows signs of wear and tear such as scratching, minor denting, scuffing, paint damage, and some surface rust. The interior has worn seats/fabric, tearing, stains, debris, scratching, and dirt/dust build up. All service body doors are able to open and come with keys for locking. None of the pumps or equipment seen on the bed was tested and operational condition is unknown. Hoses seem to be in decent condition with no apparent issues. For any inquires about this equipment please schedule a preview with us. Strobe lights work, and only a couple perimeter lights seem to be working. Some parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay with no spare tire included. GVWR: 35,000 lbs. GAWR-Front: 12,000 lbs. GAWR-Rear: 23,000 lbs. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
