OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : No Known Issues PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 1999 Reliance refuse trailer. Trailer was brought to our facility with a semi tractor. This trailer is equipped with a hard top (enclosed) roof and a single hinged rear door. Trailer was originally equipped with a Keith walking floor unloading system. System was removed prior to disposal, trailer DOES NOT currently have a walking/live floor and no parts are included. There is an issue with the way the reverse lights and backup alarm are wired. When the tractor is hooked up to the trailer and the running lights/headlights of the tractor are on, the reverse lights and backup alarm turn on. The reverse lights have been disconnected. Backup alarm is still active. All dimensions are approximate. Overall size is 45' long x 8'3" wide. GVWR : 86,000 lbs. GAWR per Axle : 17,000 lbs. Shipping Weight : 16,720 lbs. Capacity : 106 cub yds. Manufacture Date : 1-99. There is a small hole/puncture in the roof. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
