1999 Sutphen 75’ Mini Tower Fire Apparatus — Sale Notice 1999 Sutphen 75’ Mini Tower Fire Truck This 1999 Sutphen 75’ Mini Tower Fire Truck is being offered for sale as-is, where-is. The apparatus was driven to its current location approximately two months ago. The truck is equipped with a Detroit Diesel engine. At the time of inspection, the vehicle battery was dead; therefore, the current mileage and engine hours could not be obtained. The dead battery also prevented the cab from being raised, so photographs of the engine compartment could not be taken. The tires appear to be in good condition, with approximately 25%–50% tread remaining. As shown in the photographs, some components and parts have been removed from the apparatus. The purchaser should carefully review all available photographs and is strongly encouraged to personally inspect the truck prior to submitting a bid. Removal and Transportation The purchaser will be responsible for removing and transporting the apparatus from its current location. Only limited assistance with the removal process will be available from the seller. Purchasers should make their own arrangements for appropriate equipment, personnel, transportation, and any other resources necessary to safely remove the truck. Condition and Sale Terms This apparatus is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding its mechanical condition, completeness, operational status, mileage, engine hours, or suitability for any particular purpose. The purchaser acknowledges that the apparatus may require repairs, replacement parts, inspection, and/or additional work before it can be placed into service or operated. Inspection prior to bidding is strongly encouraged. By submitting a bid, the purchaser acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the apparatus and accepts responsibility for determining its condition and suitability. A title will be provided to the successful purchaser.
