Local Pick-Up Only. We will not ship. Sold as-is. Items are currently being stored in a building that is undergoing renovations and will likely be covered in dust. Winning bidder is responsible for loading items onto their own truck/trailer. - 2 Bookcases - In fair condition. Each bookcase has one mounted shelf and the side panels have places for pegs to be inserted for adjustable shelves. Pegs are not included. 3 additional shelves are included. Bookcases appear to be a mixture of solid wood, plywood, and particle board, mostly covered with veneer. See pictures for signs of wear and tear. Would be a great DIY renovation project. Measurements: 71" H & 38" W (at the crown/trim) 36" W (at the bookcase itself). Unit is 14" D and shelves inside are 11" D. City Resolution 69-2026
