This building is comprised of (4) 12' wide x 64' long portable buildings set on foundations. No trailer / no wheels below buildings. Building 2 - Seattle Fire Department interim fire station support building (24x54 - 1296 GSF) used for fitness / workout, storage & washdown area (with hot water tank), shower & mop sink. The building is comprised of (2) 12' wide x 54' long portable buildings set on foundations. No trailer / no wheels below buildings. Both buildings include a wet pipe sprinkler system per NFPA#13R, and rooftop heat pumps. Heavy duty aluminum grating (13 ga.) access decking, stairs and railings into buildings will be included. Incoming utilities (power, water & IT) will be disconnected by owner. Sprinkler lines will be drained down by owner. Heat pumps will be discharged by owner. Buildings are located on a sloping site in a tight urban area. A crane will likely be needed to remove them from the site. High power transmission lines are within 15' of the buildings and will need to be protected. Estimate to prep and move buildings off site onto temp cribbing within 50 miles of the site, including crane, is between $125k - $175k.
