(2) Vestil Worklift Lifter 2 units. Unknown if they work or not to be sold as is. Units located at the Metra Western Ave. Yard, 2741 W. Grand, Chicago. Contact for the units is Briley Ryan 312-322-4111. Once paid for, 'ITEM' must be completely removed from the Metra Yard. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, property can be removed ‘by appointment only’. PICK UP OF ALL EQUIPMENT REQUIRES 24 HOUR NOTICE!!! PERSONNAL ON SITE, THEY MUST BE GIVEN TIME TO ARRANGE TO MEET YOU THERE TO RELEASE THE EQUIPMENT !!! If you show up without an appointment you will ‘NOT’ have access to or receive your vehicle(s) and items. Removal of the vehicle(s) and/or equipment is only BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9am to 1pm and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!! • Vehicle(s) & items are SOLD AS IS!! • NO WARRANTY!!! • BIDDERS ADVISED TO VIEW VEHICLE(S) / ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING • SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS TO: Question section on the auction page. Note: Metra cannot provide security for purchased vehicles. Once a sale is complete, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased vehicles. Note: Removal of vehicles must be completed within the specified pick-up dates/times. There is absolutely no “salvage” of vehicles on Metra property. Dismantling, cutting, or crushing of any vehicle will not be allowed. However, any vehicle that must be downsized, by unbolting any attached equipment, to make it legal for transportation purposes will be allowed. Metra does not allow purchasers to make repairs on Metra property, with the exception of minor repairs needed to make the vehicle functional for removal from the premises. VEHICLE(S) & ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM METRA PROPERTY AT TIME OF PICK UP, WHETHER TOWED AWAY OR DRIVEN. Metra cannot and will not provide the buyer any tools, materials, or help from Metra employee(s) for any repairs needed to remove the vehicles from Metra property. There is no access to fuel or materials of any kind at the sale site where vehicle is picked up. Metra cannot and will not load any vehicles on private or for-hire trucks or trailers due to liability issues. All loading and securing of vehicles purchased from Metra is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or their agents. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in forfeiture of the ability to take part in GOVDeals.com auctions as well as being blocked from Metra auctions.
