Same day appointments accommodated only upon availability. Hours of operation, Location & Directions DESCRIPTION/CONDITION : Up for auction is one used 20-foot shipping container with dents, dings and some rust from general use. The doors open and close stiffly but latch and secure properly. Notable defects include one rusted-through floor band and a small hole in the back panel suitable for welding or caulking but the inside appears to be dry. Personal inspection is highly advised, please see the pictures for more details. On-site loading assistance is available to place the container onto an appropriate flat-deck or lowboy trailer. Weight : 5070 lbs. Dimension : 20' X 8' X 8'-6" See the pictures for more details. Personal inspection of the lot is highly recommended. Verification of all details are entirely the responsibility of the bidder during an in-person inspection. Failure to inspect the lot is not grounds to void responsibility. See options for removal below as options not listed are NOT ALLOWED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and per law are sold "as-is", where is. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
