Abandoned Vehicle sold by MWAA -No keys -Has not been run or tested -Vehicle has flat and low tires -Rear window down and vehicle stored outside -Passenger side window trim broken -Paint peeling from front bumper -Interior dirty with mold, stains and worn -Roof damaged anf rusting PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR VEHICLE CONDITION The title is branded “not actual mileage.” The mileage is based on a formula of 20,000 miles per year times the age of the vehicle, and the derived mileage number was used in odometer field on the title. This cannot be changed. Title and Removal Instructions: 1. Buyer must submit a copy of driver's license and the information to complete the title document to the seller. If vehicle is to be titled in a company name, a valid business license must be submitted. 2. Seller will use the information provided by the buyer to complete the certificate of title and bill of sale documents. 3. Once the title documents are filled, Seller will contact buyer to schedule the removal. 4. If Buyer is out of state, Seller will mail title to Buyer to sign and return to Seller. Once Seller is in receipt of title, Buyer may arrange transporter in conjunction with Seller to remove vehicle. 5. Titling processing may take up to 30 days. VEHICLE CANNOT BE REMOVED/PICKED UP UNTIL THE BUYER HAS SIGNED THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.
