This is a vehicle that was seized by our agency and subequently awarded to our agency pursuant to a court order from the Tennessee Department of Safety (TDOS). The vehicle has been titled to our agency and is now being put up for sale. It is highly recommended that prospective buyers inspect this vehicle prior to bidding. The winning buyer will be furnished with the title, bill of sale, and ignition key(s) for this vehicle. The paint is fading in some areas on this vehicle and of course it has some dents and scratches from normal wear and tear over its' lifetime. This vehicle is being sold "as is, where is." Our agency doesn't make any warranties on this vehicle and we don't maintain any of maintenance records; therefore, we don't know the complete history of this vehicle.
