2001 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 Utility Pickup Truck — Non-Running — As-Is Description The Town of Macclesfield, North Carolina, is offering for sale a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck formerly used by the municipal utilities crew. This vehicle is non-running and is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty or representation of condition. Buyer is responsible for all inspection, loading, towing, transportation, repairs, title/tag requirements, and any other costs associated with removal and use. Utility-style tool box in truck bed; contents, if any, will be removed prior to sale unless otherwise stated Observed Condition Truck does not run and should be assumed to require towing. Exterior shows age, wear, dirt, surface rust, and cosmetic damage consistent with municipal utility service. Rust is visible on wheels and portions of the body. Interior shows significant wear, including damaged/torn seating. Vehicle has municipal decals/markings that may be removed or covered before release. Mechanical condition, mileage, drivetrain condition, tires, battery, electrical system, and all components are unknown and have not been inspected or verified. Photos are provided as the best available representation of the vehicle’s condition. Inspection is by appointment only during normal business hours. The successful bidder must remove the vehicle by tow truck, trailer, or other suitable means. No on-site repair work or dismantling will be permitted. Sold as-is, where-is, with all faults.
