2001 Vermeer E900 Evacuator - Pothole Machine This machine is being sold as-is. The unit was operational prior to the starter issue. The starter was replaced, but after a short period of use, the replacement starter also failed. Upon inspection, it appeared the starter was receiving continuous power, indicating there may be an underlying electrical issue that will need to be diagnosed. The hour meter is not accurate.
