Good running outboard, shifts in and out of forward and reverse gear smoothly runs, Idles solid, no strange noises or quirks. Engine shows 498.4 hours. Engine stand is not included, only the outboard on the factory pallet. No controls are included, just the outboard on a pallet, with a small box of parts taken off when the outboard was removed. Inspection is available by appointment
