The unit is steel skid mounted and was last occupied in 2012, then boarded up and has been sitting in open field storage ever since. Important Condition Notes: Trailer is in poor condition, roof requires repair or full replacement, suspected mold present on the interior, indication that mice have entered the structure, Interior has not been maintained since 2012. Mechanical / HVAC: Gas fired forced air furnace with galvanized steel ducting, exterior A/C condensing unit with evaporator in furnace ducting, dual control wall thermostat for heating & cooling (operational status unknown due to long-term disuse).
