2002 Chevrolet Impala SEDAN 4-DR, 3.4L V6 OHV 12V. Vehicle starts with a boost and runs. There was a lot of exhaust smoke when first started it but that stopped, it still smoked a little, low coolant light on, oil change light on, low washer fluid light on. Carfax shows this vehicle has a branded title, from Virginia for exceeding the mechanical limits of the vehicle. It says the vehicle only has a 5 digit odometer but we see a 6 digit odometer. It says "Exceeds Mechanical Limits - A vehicle with a 5-digit odometer cannot accurately track mileage after 99,999 miles because the odometer rolls over. This title is the result of a seller certifying under the Federal Odometer Act, that the odometer reading EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS of the odometer." I called our clerks office and they don't show a branded title but if it was in another state they wouldn't see it. This vehicle was seized 1/9/26 and has been idle until recently jump started and moved. We have NO TITLE to the vehicle. Please check with your local title office before purchase as some states/places will not accept our paperwork. The buyer will have their GovDeals paperwork and we will give the buyer a non-certified copy of the Department of Safety award paper (we don't receive a certified copy) and an Affidavit of Seller Form. The mileage that showed when we jump started the vehicle is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Since this is a seized vehicle we have no information on the maintenance or the history of the vehicle. We can only tell you what we found when it was jump started. Exterior: white, some chips in the paint and front bumper, only 3 hubcaps, windshield cracked, roof has rust spots, drivers mirror lens has another one glued over top of it, rust and discolored B pillar, paint peeling off the trunk, tires poor. Interior: grey cloth, center console worn, back deck speaker damaged, few burn holes in driver seat, smells bad - cigarettes, floors dirty, stock radio, cassette and cd, ac blows but wasn't cold, cruise control, tilt steering, power steering, windows, locks and drivers seat, dual air bags.
