NOTE: This is a used piece of equipment. Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No Refunds. NOTE: Please be aware that title will NOT be provided at time of removal. No Exceptions. Vehicle titles are stored at a separate location. Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR the City will send by FedEx. No Exceptions. Titles will NOT be released until after removal. No Exceptions. Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No removal assistance of any kind will be furnished by the City and County of Denver. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document. Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 48 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours. No exceptions! Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!!
