Ladder - Manufacturer: Duo-Safety. Length: 24' - 10', last tested 11/19/25. Pump - Manufacturer: Waterous. Model: CMU. Serial #108242. Operable. GPM: 1500, last tested 11/19/25. Additional Equipment - Tank Size - 750 Gallons, poly. Number of Intakes: 2 on drivers side, 1 on passenger side, location & size: 2 1/2" and 6" drivers side, 6" on passenger side. Number of discharges: 9, location & size: 2 on rear, 2 drivers side, 1 on passenger side, 1 deluge, 3 speedlays. Tire Condition - Fair: LF 15/32, LR 18/18/32, RF 14/32 RR 18/18/32. Damage to: seats are separating at the seams. Additional Information: new batteries installed July 2026.
