THE CONTACT FOR THIS ITEM IS SKIP JUDD AT 937-592-2791 OR SJUDD@LCEO.US Tractor needs the engine rebuilt or replaced. The hood latch works but can be "tricky". The engine bay is clean and does not show signs of any oil leaks, however, the engine is LOCKED UP and WILL NOT START. This tractor was used as a "broom" tractor to sweep intersections and roadsides. When taken out of service about 8 months ago basic functions were operating properly- hydraulics, lights, heater, a/c, brakes etc. Frame and cab are structurally sound. This vehicle will require trailering to remove from our property. Tractor being sold AS-IS, Where-Is with no warranties as to operability expressed or implied. An in person inspection is strongly recommended prior to purchase.
