Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment like this sell about 89% of the time, typically ~18 bids. Based on 9,143 completed sales over the last year.
A 1994 Bobcat 853 skid steer with 2,690 hours, diesel motor, foot-operated bucket, and manual quick coupler, an older workhorse frame popular with small contractors and hobbyist operators. These machines hold value in the parts market and as beater units for rough-duty jobs. Inspect hydraulic hoses for cracking and verify the foot pedal linkage moves smoothly without sticking or play, since brake and control wear accelerates after 25+ years.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
