Approximate inside dimensions: 20 feet long, 80 1/2 inches wide. The hitch is 2 5/16". All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of loading and removal from property. NO HELP WILL BE PROVIDED. PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The buyer must make a pick up appointment 24hrs in advance. Appointments are only available Monday through Friday 7am to 11am and 12pm to 3:30pm. ***Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure. ***Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure.
