Condition Unknown. ***NOTICE ALL BUYERS*** All items purchased must be removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 10 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Items not removed within 10 business days will be charged a $50 daily storage fee by the City of Gainesville. No Exceptions. In the event that items are not removed from the City of Gainesville's premises within 20 business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate, the items will be reauctioned. The storage fee must be paid in full to the City of Gainesville prior to removal of items. The repair of surplus items is prohibited on City property. All decals have been removed leaving impressions. Exterior has scratches, dings, dents. Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" and no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind is expressed or implied. Once an item has been removed from seller's location, all sales are final.
