The unit has been removed from service and is being sold AS IS. Its operational condition is unknown. Normal wear, rust, scratches, and cosmetic damage are present due to age and municipal use. Inspection is strongly recommended before bidding. 2004 Message Board Trailer Title Status: Clear Features: • 2-inch ball hitch • Solar panel • four batteries Mechanical Condition: • The hitch and latching components appear to operate properly. • The tires have good tread. • All Four batteries are dead. • The unit has been sitting unused for an extended period. • The operational functionality of message board, solar panel, and other electrical components is unknown. Please see pictures. Known Issues: • All batteries are dead and Missing keyes/No keys • Electrical and operational including key board functionality are unknown.
