Recommended to inspect the vehicle prior to placing a Bid. Inspections are by Appointment, call (216) 420-8109 to schedule an inspection appointment or for additional information. ALL Assets are offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS ". The City of Cleveland (seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, Loading, transportation and exporting. NOTICE: Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
