Market demand: Equipment in Missouri sell about 95% of the time, typically ~25 bids. Based on 227 completed sales over the last year.
A 2005 Genie S-40 boom lift, 4,589 hours, dual-fuel with LP bottle included and a 40-foot maximum height. Sells to rental shops, event companies, and aerial-work contractors. The fuel-system issue is the blocker - have a mechanic check the dual-fuel valve and LP regulator before close, as hard starting often signals a clogged fuel line or bad selector.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
