2005 Homesteader approximately 6x12 single axle enclosed trailer. Clean title available. Has dings, rust, and holes in the body. Tires seem to be in fair condition. The trailer may be roadworthy; however, no guarantees or warranties are made regarding its condition or roadworthiness. Removed from service on 7/17/2024. Additional details: -Leaks around the door seals and the roof seams, plywood interior shows signs of moisture from the leaks Maintenance records are available. ITEMS SHOWN IN THE BACKGROUND ARE NOT INCLUDED. ***Please call or email immediately after payment has been sent to schedule pick-up. Pick-up hours are Tuesday–Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
